About Mrs. Henshaw

Welcome! I am excited to be serving as reading coach this year at Central School. This is my twenty second year working with elementary aged students. Throughout my career I have taught several grades: sixth, first, fifth, second, and fourth.

I am a graduate of Madison County High School in the Madison County district. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University. I have a Master's degree in Elementary Education from UAB. I also hold a Reading Specialist Certification. Most recently I earned a Master's degree and an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from Samford University.
